A Little Fun Exercise
It’s important that exercise be a fun activity, or your never going to be able to stick with it. I’ve done all kinds of different exercise in my lifetime, and the one that’s stuck with me the longest, is the one that I enjoy the most. Playing games is often the most exercise, but here’s one you may not have thought of before. Pole dancing can be a great form of exercise. It’s a tough workout, that requires good muscle control, and a bit of cardio boost as well. Not to mention, that it seems a little naughty, and if that doesn’t help to get your heart going a little bit, than I don’t know what is. I’m sure, that your significant other may even be enduced to drag his butt of the couch to help out a bit with your new exercise routine.
