Build Muscle Without Weights
Who wouldn’t like to have more muscles? I know most guys do, but even girls would as well. Maybe just the lean strong kind, as opposed to the big bulky kinds that guys seem to want. One of the things most of us don’t want to have though, is a whole set of weights littered all over our basement, or work out room at home. I know I don’t. I actually just finished a workout routine called P90X, and went out of my way to avoid buying as few weights as possible. I did end up buying one pair of dumbells for the core synergistics video, but that was about it. It really is possible to build muscles without weights around your house. You can use resistance bands, which work remarkably well. Or you can do what I did, and just put all your workout videos on your iPod touch, and take it to the gym and do your workouts with their weights.
