Calories: Friends or Foes
Today we invite you to discount season. No, we are not going to go shopping, but we reduced the number of calories. Learn how to cut the calories by following a few simple rules.
Your number of calories
Each person needs a certain number of daily calories. If you want to lose weight should know this number and consume accordingly (e.g. less). This way you can lose stomach fat if you do specific exercises.
Keep a weight loss journal
Buy a diary and note every food you consume and how many calories each of them has (careful, calories are calculated per hundred grams
not on per package). Look in the diary and see which pages were the best choices in terms of food (the balance of nutrients/calories), and the worst (you have work on this chapter). And do not forget the most important rule is to be honest!
Get help
If you think that you can not do by yourself, you can always ask for help from a specialist. Talk to a nutritionist and ask a doctor to help you put up a special program based on your preferences.
Choose “smart” foods
Some foods may have the same number of calories, but they can be good or bad when considering their content. Always choose “smart” foods that offer you plenty of energy, vitamins and minerals. This category includes: fiber and protein. You can also use fruits to do a total body cleanse.
Watch for the drinks
When you start counting calories you almost always forget about the drinks. Well they are also included in the food category, and they have calories … some of them have a lot of calories! Acidified juices are full of sugar, chemicals and calories! For example, a coffee with cream and various syrups reaches up to 500 calories!
