Chest Workout Routine
For the best chest workout routine I would recommend a gym. I have been able to test different workouts on myown body for the last 10 years and I have found the best way to get a a great looking full chest by training the pecs twice a week. You don’t have to bench 400 pounds to have a great chest, trust me. Some of the best looknig chests aren’t able to put up massive weights, but they have to be able to lift pretty good weight. I would aim for benching about 1.6 times your body weight to get the mass on your chest compared to your body. It’s all about proportions, the smaller your waist, the larger your chest will look. So remember to train all parts of your body and not just the chest.
