Choosing the Right Poster Hangers
You need to be very careful when choosing poster hangers for your framed poster. A poster hanger that is not meant to hold a heavy frame will undoubtedly break from the weight of your framed poster and crash on the floor. Plastic poster hangers are the cheapest and simplest kind available. They come in pairs of two plastic strips. You slide the strip onto the top and the bottom of the poster to keep the poster flat. The strip on the top comes with anchor points so that you can then hang the picture on picture hooks. If you want to conveniently and cheaply hang up a poster, use a plastic poster hanger. An aluminum poster hanger is more like a frame and is usually strong enough to hang heavier prints or fabrics.
