Cooking with gas is the first choice of most restaurants. What is it about free standing gas cookers that they like so much? The first thing about gas stoves you will notice when using one, is that you have a lot more control when using gas. When you adjust the temperature on the stove top, you will watch the flame go down. This gives you a visual clue as to how much you are turning it down.

A gas stove will keep on working if the power goes off. This can be a real plus if your power is going to be out for a while. This gives you the means to cook all that frozen food you have in the freezer, before it goes bad. Some areas get hit time and again by storms that take the power out.
