Guaranteed Credit Cards: You May Never Have Heard of Them
Something to watch for are some of the promotions for these guaranteed credit cards. They’re sometimes sent by third party affiliate who are enticing customers with deals that seem just a little bit juicier than what the actual card company is putting out there. Some can be outright scams, while others actually do make some pretty good deals in order to get your business. But it’s best to be wary when applying for these on the internet.
Let’s face it, doing things online is not only convenient, but speedier and easier. You can just go to a site and input your information, click a button, and ‘BAM’ you’re being screened for approval. But in actuality, it’s only the approval part that gets speeded up. You may be approved and then you have to wait to activate your card, which will come by way of regular mail. While this is going on, your credit is still run through the same old channels.
