Hair Care Basics
Hair care is an important part of your everyday hygiene. For most people it starts with a shower or bath in the morning. At that time out comes the shampoo and conditioner. I am not so sure that you need to follow the directions to the letter by shampooing and conditioning twice but that is your call. I often think that this is like changing the oil in your car. If you listen to the oil manufactures they tell you to change your oil every 3,000 miles. If you read your owners manual for you car, it more than likely recommends a longer duration between oil changes.
Other hair care basics include brushing your hair regularly to keep out dirt and tangles. When it comes to hair cuts, don’t let your kids near each other with scissors around the age 4 or 5. Yup, I learned that one the hard way.
