How Airsoft Grenades Can Help You
Situations can arise in airsoft where you are greatly outnumbered by enemies, and it is imperative that you have a way to deal with events like this. If you are only limited to the firepower in your airsoft gun, then you are likely to be taken out if something like this happens. By increasing your power with an airsoft grenade, you actually stand a
chance in any unfortunate situation, even if you are completely surrounded.
How can a grenade help you? If you are only using a gun, then you can only fire in one direction at once, and if you need to take out more than one person at the same time, it’s virtually impossible. Sure, you can quickly rotate where you are firing, but this it is hard to do this while maintaining a high level of accuracy or not getting hit. Would not it be great to be able to just throw something that takes everybody out at the same time? That’s what an airsoft grenade achieves. While they have a different purpose, the spring airsoft sniper rifles can also give you an advantage. However, this advantage has more to do with the one-shot, one-kill type of analogy that is quite a bit different than the grenade mentality.
Of course, you do need to have some skill when working with airsoft grenades. If you throw one in the wrong place, it will have limited effectiveness, and you could even take yourself out in the case it is thrown extremely poorly. Since grenades usually shoot pellets out in a three-dimensional, spherical pattern, you should get the grenade in the center of all your enemies. This way, you have the highest chance of hitting them all. If you feel you need to practice throwing grenades, then you should do so. Just make sure that during practice, you do not arm the grenade, as then you will waste a lot of pellets for no reason (although you may want to do one or two live practices to get a feel for the specific trajectories of pellets after activation).
