How to lose weight gradually
Weight loss can be easily achieved if you make small changes to your everyday eating habits. One of the biggest obstacles to weight loss is the portions that we generally have at each meal. Reduce the amount of certain foods that you eat, especially those that are high in carbohydrates. If you need a visual reminder, use smaller plates when serving food – this will automatically limit the amount you will eat. Additionally, reduce the “temptation” foods such as ice cream, chocolate and others by eating them as a small reward every so often. By not having them readily available, you will not be tempted to snack.
