Kids Sharing a Bedroom
It can be difficult when your children have to share a room with each other, and even more so when you have a boy and a girl, sisters and brothers need their own space, and they can really get on each others nerves (and their parents) when they have to share. There are ways to alleviate this problem, however. For starters, you should look at having defining boundaries of which part of the room belongs to which child. Just because they are sharing doesn’t mean they can’t have their own space.
As far as decoration, you should do your best to get linen that isn’t too one sided. Try and get something that will suit both your kids, because they will both have to look at it every day. Same goes for window coverings. There are plenty of kids bedroom curtains out there that are gender non specific, and can still look great in the bedroom.
