Stop Eating Sugar Filled Foods To Lose Weight
Sugar is used on a massive scale nowadays by the food industry. Pretty much almost all highly processed foods contain some sugar if not lots of sugar. Sugar is used primarily to make food taste better. If 100 years ago sugar was used as an energizer, today sugar has no more energizing effect on us. We are used to sugar form when we are little.
I have never lived the famous sugar rush, or I can’t remember it because I was too little. The ugly side of sugar is that it is a highly processed food that is very toxic for your body. Sure you can eat brown sugar but I bet that the food industry isn’t using brown sugar in the foods they create. If you like eating something sweet a good healthy replacement for sugar is honey.
If you want to shed weight fast you have to reduce the intake of sugar. Probably the main source of sugar that you eat daily is form soft drinks and candy. You should stop drinking soft drinks and eating sweets if you want to lose weight. As I’ve said before, if you crave something sweet have a spoon of honey with some nuts. It is tasty and healthy at the same time.
