The Security of… Cubic Zirconia Rings
Let me ask you something. If you have a diamond ring that was worth more than the typical American house, (or whatever… my point is if you had a diamond ring that had a LOT of value), how would you feel about going to the beach and playing in the water? What about doing some gardening? What about going skiing, and putting gloves or mittens on an off white hands are really cold? My point is, if you had an extraordinarily large and valuable diamond, wouldn’t you be nervous wearing it in a lot of fun and/or every day activities? The fact is, a lot of people are.
This is where cubic zirconia rings are a wonderful option. Cubic zirconia looks and acts very much like a real diamond and in many cases has the properties of only the highest and best level diamonds. Of course the big difference is the cost. Because cubic zirconia is made in the lab, a one carat stone will cost a lot less than the real thing. How much less? The real, one carat diamond of medium quality will probably cost you about $4000. The same cubic zirconia stone will cost you about $10. Is it any wonder they make great “stand-in stunt doubles”?
