Volleyball Exercises
You can become a great volleyball player with the right person training you. I know many people that have played volleyball for years and they still can’t pass, set, hit, block, dig, or jump because they were never taught correctly. You need to know what volleyball exercises to do to increase your vertical and help your form in each aspect of the game. 
Peppering is a great way to learn how to control your passing and working on accuracy with your hitting. You also get to practice your setting. The only thing that peppering doesn’t teach you is how to do anything that involves jumping. So to practice your jumping you need an actual workout that implements plyometric training to increase your vert. The higher you jump the better volleyball player you will be.
